As an Accredited therapist, with fourteen years experience, I am committed to providing effective counselling and psychotherapy.  My intention is to improve the quality of your life, facilitating you on a journey of self awareness and personal growth. I specialise in helping people with life crisis and /or transition, dependencies/addictions, sexual abuse, trauma and spirituel//existential issues. My strengths lie in helping people manage anxiety and stress, depression, confidence and self-esteem. 

I believe that changing your relationship with yourself is the key to achieving peace of mind, and flourishing in all aspects of life, including your relationships, career path and health.
