At any point in our lives we can encounter significant life stresses, in addition to the challenges and worries we may face day-to-day. As an Accredited counsellor, with twelve years experience, I am committed to providing effective counselling and psychotherapy.  My intention is to improve the quality of your life, facilitating you on a journey of self awareness and personal growth. I offer a warm, confidential and compassionately challenging space for you to explore your concerns and support you ‘get’ what you are looking for.

As an Integrative counsellor, I have trained in a range of counselling modalities, including Person Centred, Gestalt, Transactional Analysis and Art therapy. This enables me to be more flexible in how I work, adapting the therapy to suit your personal needs. (More details here)

My strengths lie with anxiety/stress, depression, low self esteem, relationship issues, parenting, dependencies/addictions, life crisis and/or transition, childhood abuse, trauma, spiritual/existential issues.

The first session is an assessment for us both to have the opportunity to see if I am best able to work with you and you wish to work with me. It is important to find a counsellor you feel at ease and safe with.
