My strengths lie in helping people manage anxiety and stress, overcome low mood, boosting confidence and self-esteem.  I also specialise in helping people with life crisis and /or transition, dependencies/addictions, sexual abuse, truama and spirituel//existential issues.

I believe that changing your relationship with yourself is the key to achieving peace of mind, and flourishing in all aspects of life, including relationships, career and physical health.
